"Dear Lami Brothers,
I just wanted to let you know how much our 15 1/2 Cedar point special means to us.  In the summer we use it to ski, kneeboard, tube, fish, and cruising the Mobile River Delta and Bay.  In the winter we explore the wetlands of the Delta and have even begun to use it to duck hunt.  We were crushed when our 15 year old daughter wrecked it two years ago.  Thank God she was all right.  Our Stauter was pretty badly damaged but, leave it to ya'll!  Ya'll repaired it to be better than it was originally.  I feel confident with your new epoxy system that we will not be a victim of decay.  Our boat is going on it's 12th year and we still have people tell us how beautiful our new boat is.  We just smile and say thank you.  We will have to look into replacing our Nissan motor with a new Tohatsu before too long.  Your good service has kept our Nissan running so well the only reason we need a new motor is to not give away the age of our boat. Keep that personal touch!"

Michael and I wanted to write you a note to Thank You for the beautiful job ya'll did on our boat. We have received so many compliments and made many new fishing friends.

Our first fishing trip was May 19th. It was about 5 o'clock in the morning, it was beautiful. We put out at Pelican Point and headed up the Magnolia River. Michael started catching fish as soon as he cast, but the best part of the day was that I caught my first bass. I was thrilled!

Our 15 1/2 foot Stauter is perfect for fishing and we love the drop deck. Vince, we appreciate all the ideas and help you gave us as we were deciding what feature would make our boat just right for us.

We have promised everyone we know a fishing trip, so we will be busy for the next few months. I'm glad we have a great boat to take them in.

The repairs you and your crew have made over the years have always been priced fair and the quality first rate.

Gene, your personal knowledge of each individual boat is a testimony to the pride and craftsmanship built into a Stauter-Built. My Cedar Point Special handled and performed beautifully and there wasn't a finer looking boat on the water. The CPS is a classic and was a joy to own.

Another duck season has passed. This was my fourth one with my Stauter and it was the best season I've had in many years.

Enclosed is a picture of a limit of ducks my son and I took one morning in Bay Grass in Mobile Delta. This year I hunted mostly Portersville Bay in Mississippi Sound and Bay Grass in the Delta. We had a lot of ducks this year.

My Stauter is an excellent shooting platform and keeps me dry with the extra high 20" sides. Duck hunting is hard on equipment. The boat took everything Mother Nature or I could dish out. I just wish you were a duck hunter so you could fully understand how much a quality boat contributes to a successful hunt. Comfort is primary in a duck blind.
